  • Outdoor2,400 sq. ft. white painted deck space for cocktail hour with 6 wood farm-style cocktail tables.

  • Bellewood's dark walnut wood farm tables & country cross back wood chairs.

  • Vintage style string lighting displayed on property under the tent.

  • 2 hour use of the property for engagement or bridal portrait session.

  • A professional "Month of Coordinator" & one assistant to help with the final details, timeline and floor plan of your event. Your coordinator will also conduct rehearsal, confirm with all vendors, & be on site the day of the wedding.

bar package : 

Bellewood Plantation will provide the following bar items:

  • Juices - cranberry, pineapple, orange and grapefruit

  • Mixers - bitters, agave nectar, sour mix

  • Garnishes - lemon, lime, maraschino cherries, spanish olives

  • White cocktail napkins

  • 8 oz. Clear plastic cups for wine and mixed drinks

  • 10 oz. clear plastic beer cups

  • Lemonade stand with two drink canisters (drinks provided by client)

  • Farmhouse sink for grab & go drinks

  • Lighted BAR marquee sign

  • ICE for cocktail hour and throughout dinner service for the BAR only

Our vintage china comes in many different patterns and colors for a unique look to your table setting! Our vintage china sets include the dinner plate, salad plate, dinner fork, salad fork, dinner knife, and spoon. We also include your choice of wine or champagne glasses. There are dessert plates and tea cups and saucers available for an additional fee.
